Sixteen-time NHRA Funny Car champion John Force was at Featherlite today to take a tour of his new 53-foot Featherlite media/hospitality transporter as it nears completion. This is the last of five new Featherlite trailers John Force Racing will take delivery of and use in the 2014 race season. In total, Force and his team use up to ten Featherlite trailers at every NHRA event.

Force won his 16th NHRA Funny Car world championship title in 2013, setting an NHRA record, and his team has won a record 18 championships. He is the current points leader for the Funny Car class in 2014. Also on the John Force Racing team are his daughters Courtney Force and Brittany Force and son-in-law Robert Hight.

Force has been a Featherlite trailer owner for over 15 years. Force’s newest Featherlite transporter is multi-purpose and features a private living quarters area with bedroom, bathroom and galley kitchen, a media room, kitchen and more. When deployed at the track, it will also have a large wraparound tent to host sponsors and other guests. John Force Racing also uses Featherlite race and support trailers as well as a marketing trailer.
